Jennifer Howard is a seasoned educator with over three decades of experience teaching and leading in diverse classroom settings. An Adjunct instructor at Marist College, Poughkeepsie, NY, 2023-2024, Jennifer has taught grades Pre-K through 5 and led general education ENL classes, ensuring culturally relevant and engaging learning experiences. She has a proven track record of enhancing school culture, as evidenced by her workshops and her unique ability to inspire listeners.

A recognized facilitator and consultant, presenting at prestigious institutions such as Columbia Teachers College and the New York State English Council’s Annual Conference, her focus is enhancing teachers’ instructional practice through critical self reflection and culturally relevant teaching practices.
